TCP: New Moon, I was Disappointed.

Well, most of the people that I spoke with said that they loved this movie. I am not saying that I don’t like it, I was just disappointed that there were only few scenes of Edward. Hmp! I love it if they have more Edward and Bella scene. It’s not as great as “The Twilight” but I guess, that’s how the story goes. Lack of emotion too, I don’t know, I think when I read the  books, I get more carried away than watching the movies. Good thing though is, I can put a face on the characters while reading the story.

Synopsis:

After Bella recovers from the vampire attack that almost claimed her life, she looks to celebrate her birthday with Edward and his family. However, a minor accident during the festivities results in Bella’s blood being shed, a sight that proves too intense for the Cullens, who decide to leave the town of Forks, Washington for Bella and Edward’s sake. Initially heartbroken, Bella finds a form of comfort in reckless living, as well as an even-closer friendship with Jacob Black. Danger in different forms awaits.

I don’t know about you guys who had seen the movie, in my own opinion, this movie is alright, but I’d rather read the book that Stephenie Meyer wrote. It’s a lot better.

Take care and have fun to all!

we have the same entry, Liz. new moon is my choice too. i agree with you, the novel is good than the movie. twilight is great and inasahan ko na mas maganda ito kaso di pala.

marce, di ko pa napanood to. huhu! will try to grab a copy so that i can really savor the scenes. will let you know what i think after. they said that once you have read the book, most of the time the movie version will disappoint you. a movie is limited because of the time, script and technology too. kaya cguro ganun. pero there should definitely be more edward and bella scenes pero cguro, that was not the focus of the film.thanks for joining us this week marce liz. hope to see you next week for Wedding Movies. till then, take care and happy tcp!

Didn't read, won't watch. Don't much like feeding my mind with the occult; there are better, more enlightening fare to feed on. ;) But I appreciate you telling the truth about this film, because so many people are like those in "The Emperor's New Clothes": they won't tell the truth about something that is so popular with the general public. This week, my entry is here.
