Bell Tele Satellite

Although I am not sure what Bell Télé is, I am assuming that its some sort of satellite for foreign language people. it could be a satellite that will translate English to French or whatever language the viewers prefer to hear, or satellite that would show movies or shows from your own country. I would be thrilled if I can have a satellite box that would Filipino shows, that way I won’t get home sick. But is this really what this is about? I went to the website and the language was not what I am accustomed to , so I really can’t say anything about it. But, who knows maybe one of the readers understands and would subscribe to whatever they are offering. It must be worth trying.
